Lovely item, as advertised, good decoration when heated!     Excellent service and delivery, kept informed at all times and arrived quicker than I expected.

I just got my mug, love it.  It looks just like my 14 year old boy who just passed away in November.

Shipping was good, product was good, but wish I could have use a photo of my cat to be used on your mug.

I bought this and  I gave it way as a gift.   When the person put hot water in it the cat came up put also  white blotches on the sides came up.   It was cute that's all I can say.
