Great product! My mermaid is extremely happy. I'm also very happy with Customer Service. My original order was "lost" by USPS. After a couple of weeks of watching my shipment "stuck in Philadelphia", I contacted GearBubble, making sure that they knew it was a USPS problem (not GearBubble). The replacement (not original) cup arrived today! What else can I say? Good product and surprisingly good CS.

I ordered a gift for my daughter and the item was exactly as shown in the picture.  The tracking of the package and delivery were regularly updated and delivered in plenty of time as promised.  Would definitely do business again.

The mugs were just as you advertised.  They are Christmas gifts for my Grand daughters.  I know they will love them.

I love my mermaid cup. Only bad thing is it makes me want to drink more coffee so I can watch it change.
