The Story is Told that he came to Louisiana by way of Puerto Rico and worked his way from the docks to Northern Louisiana; Campti, LA.
He made his journey with his two cousins; Telsee family and I can't recall the other family line.
While on an afternoon world he saw my Great Great Grandmother picking pecans from a tree and immediately was smitten.
She being an African-American freed slave and him being an immigrant from China folks didn't really care if they dated.
This is how my family line started and this is how and why I am here.
