After months of back and forth with Amazon we have finally been approved to go live with our new Amazon integration connection.
What does this mean for you?
In short, Amazon has a new, more stable way of connecting to its system. This new connection will have fewer errors and issues than the previous connection. Also, MWS tokens will no longer be needed to connect to the Amazon integration. All it takes now is a few clicks and you're done. We will be releasing a video tutorial with instructions.
To implement this new connection we have to force disconnect all current Amazon integration connections. This will happen on December 15th at 8am EST.
If you do not reconnect your Amazon integration your orders will not be pulled in by our system.

Our FBA Mugs feature is now live! Before you go crazy using this new sought after feature I must warn you that it is too late to place an FBA Mug order for Christmas selling because Amazon's Christmas cutoff date is December 1st.
We released this feature now so that you have plenty of time to take advantage of the holidays after Christmas.
We've also revamped the tutorial videos on the FBA page so that it's more general and covers both jewelry and mugs.

Due to the black men's bracelet selling much faster than expected, we are going to run out of stock of the black men's bracelet in a day or 2. The other 3 colors are still in stock without issues. As promised I am giving you a heads up so that you can extend your shipping times and plan accordingly.
The new shipment of black men's bracelets are due to arrive between Dec 6th-9th. Keep in mind the cutoff for all men's bracelets to be shipped in time for Christmas is December 16th. I suggest you still sell through this out of stock period and extend your shipping times and/or place messages in your descriptions promising it will arrive by Christmas to keep up your momentum.
When it comes to our precious jewelry we have plenty of stock and have planned for Q4. We continue to get shipments throughout the holiday season to stay ahead of demand.
