So I ordered a mug for my husband on Feb 4th as a Valentine gift.  The delivery time stated 7-12 business days so I knew there was a good chance it would not arrive by Valentines Day.  It actually arrived on Feb 22 and I was very happy that it came! After I had initially placed my order I thought I would check out the reviews for Gearbubble and there were some negative reviews which made me fearful, but when the mug came I thought, "I will definitely order from these guys again!"  The mug was well packaged and was beautiful and exactly as it looked in the picture.  Gearbubble sent me several emails: order confirmation, order being prepared, and order shipped.  I appreciated being informed at every step.  My experience with Gearbubble was very positive and I give them a 5-star rating!! Thanks for the mug--my husband loved it and my grandkids love it, too! Pretty cool the way it changes with hot liquid!

Not happy as I was told that my purchase would arrive before Valentines Day.  I ordered it two weeks out. I also mentioned that it was for Valentines Day and if it wasn't going to arrive by then that I wanted to cancel my order. She reassurded me that it was coming from Kansas and I would get it on time.  My mug arrived to Colorado on Thursday, two days late!!!  ALSO,  the print is all offset and tipped a little. Very unhappy for a $25.00 plus purchase!!!!!
