01/12/17I ordered this mug on December 2, 2016 as a Christmas gift for a friend from Colombia who was visiiting us for the holiday. The item was never received and after sending two e-mails, I received an e-mail on January 6, 2017 saying the item has been shipped. As of today, January 12, 2017, the USPS tracking information shows this item has never been delivered to them for shipment. They are showing a Pre-Shipment notificatiion to expect a package for mailing. My last e-mail regarding this package has not been answered. I am ready to file a complaint with PayPal in hopes of getting my money back.

07/09/16My mug came in a nice package and it wasn't broken. It did arrived ontime 5 days after I placed the order. The mug was exactly like the picture in the ad. I was always properly updated througout the process of the order. It is a very sturdy and well done mug. I loved it! Thank you!
