i was not happy with my purchase.  The cup is very small and the picture is very small as well.  Plus I placed the order 2 weeks before Fathers Day and did not get the order until about a week after Fathers Day.  3 weeks to prepare and send not acceptable.

Fantastic job done, could not believe the quality of the work. Even the shipping container was extremely well thought out so the mug would arrive undamaged. Bought four different mugs and the quality was 5 stars ob all of them. Now I have the memories of my extended family forever

It's a beautiful mug! I still miss my kitty very much!

The mug finally arrived in good shape.  I know it was my mistake but I thought it would be a larger mug.  At any rate, it is nice but if I had it do do over, I would not have ordered because I was looking for something bigger.  In all fairness, it did say it was an 11 oz mug.

My best friend loved it saaid it was her favorite Christmas present.

Have not received mug as of today.
