I received the order pretty fast.The mug is great..I love all things NCIS so this fit PERFECTLY !! The writing is very small on the mug -the rules-

Love my new mug and I also ordered one for a gift. Lettering is so small I need my glasses, but Gibbs is such a GUY......how can you not like everything about him?? Looking forward to using my mug for coffee, ice cream, whatever!!

Mug arrived yesterday in perfect condition. Love the sturdiness and size.  Only complaint is that the actual rules are printed lighter (some letters darker or lighter in the same rule) and in such tiny type that I need a magnifying glass to read them.  I'm happy that I ordered it, though.

Nice Mug, but darn that print is small!  Need a magnifying glass to read it.  That being said, because the print is tiny, I recommend NOT to put this in the dishwasher, as the power of the jets will wear off the print...
