I ordered the 2 mugs for my daughter, who has rescued 2 Dobermans from this organization.  They did look like the preview image and I'm very pleased with them.  Gear Bubble confirmed the order, informed me when the items were made and when they were shipped.  And when I called customer service because I had a question about the billing, the representative was very helpful and answered all my questions.  I am completely satisfied with the service I received--and with the product.
