03/26/17I ORDERED TWO MUGS AS A BIRTHDAY GIFT FOR MY BEST FRIEND CAUSE WE ARE BOTH CAT LOVERS , THE MUG THAT IS BLANK TILL YOU HAVE YOUR COFFEE AND SEE THE BEAUTIFUL KITTY IS GREAT, THEN THE SECOND ONE THE PICTURE OF THE KITTY DOES NOT FADE SO THAT WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT AND I FELT BAD SHE DIDN'T HAVE A SET OF MUGS SO NOW I AM SHIPPING THAT ONE BACK AND WOULD LIKE TO REPLACE IT WITH WHAT I THOUGHT I PAID FOR SO I CAN GIVE HER THE OTHER MUG. THAT WAS THE BEST PART THE SURPRISE OF THE BEAUTIFUL KITTY THAT APPEARS. I JUST DON'T THINK I SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AGAIN SINCE I HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP THIS ONE BACK.....THANK YOU

03/07/17We LOVE our mug. Such depth and beautiful black mug. Just makes us smile when we use it. We had a glitch in our order. I contacted the Customer service and had a reply the next day and resolved the issue in less than 24 hours. Can't wait to get the cup that changes when hot fluid is used. Going to share with our friends. If your puddy tat(s) are part of your family (just one of the kids) you will love these mugs. Great gift idea too!
