Brilliant, arrived just in time for Christmas - I know it had a long way to go, so really very happy.  Lovely quality and perfect present.

The mug arrived in purpose-made foam packaging. I opened it up with a simple blade pressed against the taped seam of the sealed foam. The package split and I opened it up like a clamshell (satisfying).

I pulled out the mug. Immediately I noticed the mug's heft relative to its size. I looked over the print of Jimbo. Shiny. I touched it. Smooth, as though it had been fired with Jimbo's print on it. How did they do it? 

I said to my wife, "THIS is a nice mug."

She glanced at my mug, my grin, and then my mug collection. She sighed and walked off.
