The coffee cup was a lovely surprise for my husband.  He loved it and we both love watching the picture come alive when the cup is filled with a hot beverage.  The item arrived in the time frame stated and in excellent condition.  It was packaged very well to prevent breakage.  Good job! In addition your customer service department communicated well to let me know what stage my order was in processing.  I would not hesitate to order from your company again.

Received the mug about two weeks after placing the order.  Was not told it would take that long.

Mug was quite small compared to how it was portrayed in the picture.

Takes alot for the darkening to go away completely so you can see the message.

Pricey for what it is - would not buy again!
