I was looking through Facebook when I saw a perfect cup for someone dear to me and it was 30% off the regular price. the only down side was it was from a company I had never heard of.  Deciding to take a risk,  I ordered it and the response was amazing. Email messages acknowleging the order, confirming the order was being made and then letting me know it had been shipped. When it arrived by courier days later the cup was nestled  in a styrofoam package, safe from any rough handling. All in all the service was outstanding.
