The first shipment took longer than anticipated, and then due to an issue with my paypal account, the mug was shipped to the wrong address, and was subsequently stolen! GearBubble went above and beyond by sending me a replacement mug at no cost and it was received in a very timely manner. The service I received was great and very much appreciated! All in all, 5 stars!!!

Recently received my lovely MST3K mug o' The Many Names of David Ryder (from the movie Space Mutiny) and was very pleased.  It was packaged in a clever protective mold and arrived in good condition.  The mug has gone through the dishwasher several times with no ill effects.

Now every time I drink my coffee from it, I giggle a little.  *hee hee* Stump Chunkman. *hee hee*

Per the questions below, it arrived on time, looked pretty much like the preview image, and I was updated via email as to where in process my order was.  I didn't look for support information links, so I can't speak to how easy they are to find.
