Hello, my name is James Call. I want to start out by saying that I really believe that the service you offer is a wonderful idea, and I am really glad that I came across it, and ultimately decided to make a purchase with your company. That said, I have not yet received my product, and was hoping for delivery before Valentine’s Day! I don’t hold this against you, or anyone for that matter, as I understand that it is a busy time, in addition, it takes time  to create the finished product, etc. I am also happy to support an up and coming company, and ultimately, I hope that my patronage helps you in some small way! I placed my product order on February 6th, and I think I just assumed it would be ready by Valentine’s Day, but I’m still waiting for it to areive ( anxiously! ) That said, I’m going to give you all 5 out of 5 stars, because I have faith and I believe in the product and service that you provide. I will give you an update when my cup arrives! Thank You!
