 Turmeric Tea

Ancient Wisdom for Modern Times
Warm earthy and soothing, for a better night's sleep.

BACK:

• 1 cup of your favorite milk, dairy, or nut, preferably with some fat*.
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder 
• pinch of fine black pepper
• pinch of ginger root or powder
• dash of cayenne if desired

Combine in blender and blend until smooth. Heat in small saucepan until steaming, not boiling.  Sweeten if desired
Drink immediately.
