Well it is a lovely mug...the only thing that should be added is that the longer the custom name, the smaller the text will appear because of the text scaling...Sirensky Dragonborn came out microscopic...not at all what I expected.

really nice, I just wish it was one single print in the middle of the mug instead of double sided prints.

I like the mug, great concept. The picture is a bit hard to read (the letters aren't very bright), but I like it enough I'd but it again. It took a long time to get it, as the first one was broken, and the  replacement to that was an incorrect order. After reordering again, I received the correct mug, and I'm very pleased. Not sure I'd buy from them again though, they kinda need to get their stuff together.
