Good Morning!

I loved the necklace.  In approximately 2 weeks of wearing it the chain broke.  The chain needs to be stronger.  I let GearBubble know the chain had broken and they replaced the entire thing and not just the chain itself.  I can proudly wear my necklace again and thank them for replacing it.  

My only suggestion is the chain itself be thicker so it won't break with little force.  I wouldn't mind paying a little more for a stronger chain.

The necklace actually is quite nice and for once, the chain was long enough!  Would probably have liked it in gold better, but all in all is well made and not "cheap" looking.  Is an honor to wear it.

** The 3 questions asked below this window with the stars has no instructions with it, nor does anything happen when clicking on a star.....can only assume, going from left to right, is "1" meaning dissatisfied and the 5th star extremely satisfied.  If this doesn't come through properly, all answers would be "5"........was kept informed and looks like the photo.
