I wish to have the information necessary to return this piece of CRAP I received . It was a TOTAL disapointment to me and my daughter! Ordenarily such information woukd have been inckuded in the shipment!!! It was such a profoud statement for my daughte, however, it is nowhere as good as the picture, the inscription is so small that if I didn't know what it said I would not have been able to read it!!! as for me thisis false advertisement and I want NO DEMAND a refund so please send the ecessary Iformation I need to return this item for FULL REFUND!

I was disappointed.They were way to small and I couldn't even read the lettering.I don't care for them.I called your 1-800 number and told this girl I talked to.I was going to send all 3 of them back to you but she told there was no need to do that.I am not paying for them and I want them taken off my visa bill.She said she would take care of it.So I am working with visa to. Make sure they don't show up on my up coming bill.Sorry that it had to end this way.I still have them if you want them back.Thank you.
