I received my color changing coffee cups, well packaged, and in excellent condition. It only took a few days. The cup is smallish and I have only used it once to demonstrate the color change and only for a minute. The color changed and it came up as high as the liquid. I did not wait to see if the whole cup would change color. I am satisfied with the cup although it was pricey.

it doesn't turn white like the picture but I still love it!

took a bit longer than the 7-12 days stated, but came in as expected and support was easy to get to and they did respond within 48 of my email. we are happy with the purchase
