Love the necklace but hated the catch.  Removed the catch and replaced it with a magnetic catch.

It arrived as expected, it looks close to the preview image and I was updated throughout the process.

Since any WAC is going to be of an age that has osteoarthritis at least you may want to change the catch to a magnetic catch.

I liked the pendant, but when I opened the bag with the chain, I found 2 knots in the chain and tried for several minutes to get the knots outs without breaking the fragile chain!. Fortunately, I was able to get them out without breaking the chain!

The item arrived two days later than expected date , and yes it resembled the picture. I tracked the item by usps as soon as I could for updates.

My only recommedation is to more carefully wrap the chain. I was suprised to see the knots
