11/04/16I emailed you asking for 3 MUGS, instead of the 1 mug, The email was sent in record time, RIGHT AFTR I ORDERED ONLY ONE MUG . . I left a telephone number, but not a person in customer service got back to me, so I rceived only one mug, when I wanted to change my order to THREE mugs!!! We were disappointed. We do love the mug we got. Need 2 more!!!!

09/02/16Cup is a good size as expected. The black color does not quite obscure the design underneath as I thought it would. The only directions say not to put in the dishwasher, need to instruct on microwave use or not??
