I placed my order on 12/1/2016 - it is now 1/23/2017 and I haven't received my order.  I called before Christmas and listened to an recorded message that stated not taking calls.  I left several emails (to no avail) - BUT my $24.90 for this order was takeen from my bank account the same day I placed my order (12/1/2016).  I received notification on January 20, 2017 that my order had shipped.  I went on line to track my package (I used my order number (#gb_4ab5e97830f425a2), the tracking number-9405511699000933162021-my email address and each and every time there was a message stating - NO SUCH Order Number, Tracking Number or Email address was found. I usually a vry patient person BUT under the circumstances am at my wits end.  I believe that I've been scammed and therefore have contacted the New York State Attorney General's Office and lodged my complaint.  I've also gone on social media (much to my surprise I found quite a few bad reviews for gearbubble).  I probably should have read these first before placing my Christmas Order.  I have ordered twice before and have never had a problem with either the products or delivery times.  Will never order again - my money was taken and I never received my order. I never received updates on my order, couldn't communicate with anyone either through emails or phone calls - and I know I'll never reciver the $24.90 your company took from me. SO I gave no Gold Stars on your survey - I'm one very dissapointed Senior Citizen!!

As of today 1/23/17 I still have not received the mug.

Aftern waiting almost 6weeks to recieve my mug I was truly disappointed . I sent an inquiry to ask what was taking so long but never recieved any response . I also thought a 15 oz. mug would hold aprx. 15oz. of liquid but the one I recieved holds aprox. 12oz. thus being very disappointed in the product I ordered .

The product is good quality but the delivery was terrible.  It was ordered in early December should have arrived before Christmas, but it arrived in Mid January.  I was not given a notification on the delay until I e-mailed in a day or so before Christmas.  Then told it would be shipping soon.  Unless shipping took 3 weeks someone was either lying or very uninformed.
