Love Love Love it.  The only problem with the mug is the rulers are so small we had to get a magnafying glass to read them. I will definitely be ordering again from your company.

Thanks for the CSI Mug! My wife is a big fan of the show and she thought it was the coolest gift this year! 

Mug is great. Supposed to be a Christmas present, but didn't arrive until Dec. 30th.

I initially ordered two mugs under two seperate orders so this review covers both orders. Order was placed on 27 Nov and I received the processing email. The mugs were not shipped and I sent an message to gearbubble on Christmas day. I reveived a reply back within 2 hours asking for the order numbers and when they checked the orders had been lost in processing. I was promptly issued a full refund and a new order was placed in my name free of charge. I would definitely order again after customer service like that. Thanks again!
