Thank you for the prompt and accurate delivery.  We were really pleased with the quality of the coffee mug.

The first mug Igot was broken when it arrived so I had to contact Gear Bubble for a replacement.  I had trouble getting someone to respond at first but I think a lot of it was because it was during the holiday.  I received an email almost immediately after Christmas and a replacement mug arrive last week.  It was too late for Christmas but I sent it on to my military son who is crazy about NCIS - the mug is a great gift for anyone who loves NCIS and Gibbs rules!  I would definitely order again.  Don't order if you want it quick though but each order is made when the order is received so that explains the 2-3 weeks lead-time.  I would still wait again!
